“As a real estate broker in the area, I deal with a lot of house related issues with clients, etc. On a Sunday afternoon when we had snow and 20 degrees the day before, a pipe under my house busted, I turned the water off at the street, and proceeded to contact as many companies as I could. many called, couldn't get out as you can imagine, Servant was one of the Angi's list companies that called me, they said they could be out the next day between 7-9am. Which was faster than anyone else said they could. Giovanni showed up at 6:30, and within 15 mins, pipe was repaired (and this was under my house). Fair price, nice guy. I was very pleased, hence leaving this review. I will be using them again.”

“Great experience with Servant Plumbing! The expansion tank on our (30-years-old) hot water heater sheared off early one morning, water everywhere. Mike had Giovanni out within an hour, and Giovanni had a new hot water heater installed a couple hours after that. Will definitely use Servant again!”

“10 stars. I am just lucky that it was AJ who was the first plumber to show up for an estimate. I just had my subfloor in my kitchen replaced for water damage and called for an estimate on replacing a leaking hot water valve where the o-ring had deteriorated. Just by looking at the old pipes he wanted to inspect the crawl space. After seeing what he found, He recommended a complete replacement of every, probably 50 year old plus, copper pipe under the house. Easy sale, He explained every detail of what they were going to do, what they might run into with a system this old, and every worst case and best case scenario. Well, the removal started out with the entrance to my crawl space being flooded from last nights storm so AJ was able to remove a part of the new subfloor to gain access. AJs helper Alex was great, the heat was off the charts and he spent hours under there. While under the house they found water damage under the bathroom unseen from the top. They climbed out and I had the bathroom gutted and the subfloor replaced before they came back. AJ saved me thousands of dollars. He could easily have just replaced the pipes and been done with it. The foundation guys found the old cast iron tub had been leaking down the sides for a long time. It was almost to the adjoining bedroom. The professionalism this company shows is beyond reproach. AJ went above and beyond anything I could have expected. They have my business for life and my recommendations to family and friends. Thank You AJ and Alex(sorry about the seeing a snake joke, took him awhile to convince him I was joking.)”

“I called for a repair, but upon inspection and diagnosis, it made sense to replace all three 20 year old toilets. It was definitely time for new ones! We really like the Champions that Marcus recommended. Our hot water heater was 12 years old and was not heating on a consistent basis. They came the next week and installed the three new toilets and a new hot water heater. They were professional, responsive and very nice people! And they gave us a deal to install all of them at the same time.”

The plumber that was assigned was Giovanni (hope I didn't misspell your name) was on time and did a great job for us. The install took longer than the amount of time allocated for the visit but he didn't leave us hanging and finished the job in a professional manner. He was a gentleman and we appreciate his dedication to getting the job completed. I will be calling Servant Plumbing again for if any need arises in the future.”

“From start to finish Servant Plumbing was better than expected. From the first phone call with Mike, the business manager to setting up the visit, to the first phone call in route from the plumber Mike M. He called to say he was on the way, and then when he arrived, and the with a price quote and lastly when the job was done. Very professional and efficient. A follow up call with Josh the owner to make sure we were 100% satisfied a couple of days after was icing on the cake. I told him we’d spread the word on how pleased we were. “Called Servant Plumbing due to a leak between the walls that had leak through the wall and into our dining/kitchen area. They sent Gio right away and we hit it off cause Gio is a New York guy like me. Gio got right to work and fixed our issue at a very fair price. A few weeks later, our toilet was leaking and Gio came right out and worked on it and fixed it up. Unfortunately, the toilet is leaking again but I believe they will reach right back out. This must be a wax ring thing. Gio told me the hole is deep below the tile, so he put two wax rings on it. I bet it may even need 3. I know I’ll hear from them because their response to both jobs was excellent! I would absolutely recommend.”

He arrived on time. He was very patient as the faucet that we had chosen did not fit the opening in our countertop. We had to go back to the store and buy a new faucet. “I cant say enough good things about them. I purchased a new double vanity for the master bath and realized the plumbing was more than i could handle. They responded quickly, came out the next day to look at it and gave me a great price for the work involved. They were here the following day (as scheduled) git right to work and coverted my single sink to the new double vanity. “5-STAR RATING ! Called On A Monday Morning And Got A Call Back Within 15 Minutes. I Have Been In Mt. Pleasant For 39 Years And This Company Is Head And Shoulders Above Any Plumbing Company I Have Ever Used. Long Story Short, Another Plumbing Company Made 6 Visits In The Past 5 Weeks And Still Could Not Locate The Problem. After Spending Close To $500 With No Solution I Called Servant Plumbing. AJ Came Out And In That First Visit Found The Solution. AJ Is Simply Outstanding. His Professionalism, Knowledge, Skills And Exceptional Ability In All Aspects Of Plumbing Is Unequal To Any Other Plumber I Have Ever Encountered. The Problem Was Much Bigger Than I Anticipated (Entire Condo Needed To Be Repiped). AJ and Danny Came Out First Thing The Next Morning And Completed The Entire Repipe In One Day. Complete And Total Professionalism From Both Of Them. Danny Is A First Class Plumber. His Workmanship Is Absolutely Perfect and In A League Of Its Own. On Their Own, They Are Above Average. “I discovered water coming up through my tile and laminate flooring at 9:45 p.m. on a Friday. After contacting 8 different 24/7 emergency plumbers in my area, Servant Plumbing was the only company to contact me back. Mike sent out Josh, who called me prior to arriving, and was at my house within 20 minutes of the call. He immediately found the source of the leak, showed me how to turn off my water in case anything like this happens in the future, and quickly referred me to a flood restoration company. Josh stayed with me to ensure all relative information was provided to the flood restoration company, and explained in detail what I would need to tell my insurance company. The very next day, one of our offices had a clogged toilet, and Josh came back out quickly and was able to rectify the clog within 15 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough about this company, or the quality of employees they have on their staff. You can tell they truly care about their clients, which is hard to say in this day and age. Our 6 office locations will only be using Servant Plumbing from now on, and they'll be the only company I call should I need their services in the future. I even got a follow up call from the owner to check on me a few days later. You will not find a more friendly, professional or knowledgeable staff for your plumbing needs in the low country - if you're looking for a plumber , look no further!”
